Final Thought:
Over the last three years, the company has seen good growth in student enrollments, which shows people trust its services. They offer a variety of services like study visas, tourist visas, and PR applications. Plus, their visa success rate is 80%, which is pretty impressive and adds to their good reputation.
That said, there are a few things to think about. The company might face issues with regulations and compliance. Since they work out of a leased office, it could lead to some financial and operational risks. Also, changes in immigration policies could bring unexpected challenges for them.
All in all, I think the company’s IPO seems like an okay opportunity. But I’m not saying you should invest in it right away. If you’re interested, make sure to go through the company’s DRHP and RHP carefully and understand everything properly before deciding. It’s always better to be sure!
