Particulars | 30 Sep 2024 (₹ Lakhs) | 31 Mar 2024 (₹ Lakhs) | 31 Mar 2023 (₹ Lakhs) | 31 Mar 2022 (₹ Lakhs) |
---|---|---|---|---|
Assets | 4,905.26 | 4,724.07 | 4,283.33 | 2,502.80 |
Revenue | 792.27 | 1,543.51 | 2,518.92 | 1,981.42 |
Total Expenses | 63.60 | 136.86 | 185.38 | 181.33 |
Profit After Tax | 115.43 | 125.77 | 497.19 | 125.56 |
The company’s assets have grown a lot over the last three years. In 2022, they were ₹2502.80 lakh, and by 2024, they increased to ₹4724.07 lakh. That’s a big improvement.
But when it comes to revenue, the picture isn’t as good. In 2022, it was ₹1981.42 lakh. By 2023, it went up to ₹2518.92 lakh, which is great. But then, in 2024, it dropped again to ₹1543.51 lakh.
On a positive note, the company has done a good job of controlling expenses. In 2022, they spent ₹181.33 lakh, but by 2024, that number came down to ₹136.86 lakh. That’s definitely a good thing.
The worrying part is the profit. In 2023, they made ₹497.19 lakh as Profit After Tax. But in 2024, it dropped sharply to ₹125.77 lakh. That’s a huge fall and something worth thinking about.

Before investing in any IPO, I think it’s really important to carefully go through, read, and understand the risk factors. In my opinion, the financials of this company don’t seem all that impressive.
However, if investors are interested, they might consider investing in this IPO for the long term. But honestly, I’d suggest they consult their financial advisor first before making any decisions.
